In honor of the adidas Mutombo 20th anniversary, adidas Originals will be releasing a black and white rendition of the signature shoe. Set to hit the shelves December 14th, the Mutombo basketball shoe was originally released during the ’92-’93 NBA Season. Featuring traditional African patterns throughout the build, the shoe also adds details incorporating a shield in-crested with his jersey number on the tongue and a nubuck leather canvas that is accented by a white outsole.
